Joshua the installer was very professional too, installation went smooth and he even stayed back a few minutes to check an issue with one of our cameras that wasn’t coming online after the power was cut to test the system.

So much support has been provided and the actual application and pre-installment process was made so easy. Works began when I was told they would begin and there was constant communication from the representative with us. We have, however, found the process to connect the inverter to our mobiles via bluetooth to be over complex and we have not received further support. I would suggest this final step gets looked at and proper attention to support is also prioritised so we can have a fully fantastic experience. Thank you.

What sets them apart is their detailed understanding of solar energy and their ability to design an energy system for you and your home. They don’t simply go to google maps and give you a generic response.
They will walk through the process starting with a site visit. They subsequently will provide the most suitable option based on your cost and energy goals.
It was a smooth process for us and they installed the energy system based on the stated deadline. No horror stories of empty promises and ballooned costs.
They have an excellent post sale customer care who are willing to answer your questions regardless if it was a technical issue or if you simply wanted to educate yourself more about your current system.
