Founded by Cam and Chelsey Walker, the company originated from C&C Walker Electrical and took over the established KDEC business in 2008. With over 25 years of experience, KDEC has grown from a small team of 6 to 33 employees, expanding its expertise from data and fibre optics to general electrical services and solar power system installations. KDEC is known for its focus on family, passion, quality, and integrity, with a strong commitment to customer service. Cam’s background as an electrician in the Australian Navy, combined with Chelsey’s business acumen, has helped them build a trusted, community-focused business offering high-quality solar and electrical solutions.

KDEC just installed rooftop solar, a tesla power wall 3 battery and comms lines for our farm, over the last two days. We couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism with the design and advice right through to installation and commissioning, the people, service, and quality products make KDEC the best in the business! Thanks Kallen for setting us up with this design and the products and Dom and the rest of the team who worked hard out here and did such a fantastic job getting it done in two days! Saving money on power already as soon as they turned it on!

Nixon and Tom from KDEC came to replace some lights and replace a gas cooktop with an Induction cooktop. They were courteous, efficient, easy to deal with and coordinated well with the plumber when he came. They even vacuumed when they finished. I was very impressed. Thanks KDEC
