We engaged them since June. They still didn’t finish installation. Now it’s October. I began to think this is scam since they have taken our money two months ago but didn’t complete the installation and my husband has to call them every two weeks to follow it up. How is this not a scam? My experience sucks!

I want to mention LECA as a wonderfully customer centric organisation, who took the guess work out of a lot of the decision making relating to the installation of solar at my home in South Yarra. I met with Martin initially, who explained the benefits, costs and practicalities of installation and then over to Parth, who was my contact person, day to day, relating to installation and after “sales” care. Not like most Solar companies provide a draft design based off google map only. LECA sent specialist came to my place, looked into my roof, my existing electric board etc. asked detailed info about my usage, my needs, then a design came out. Installation work was performed by experienced guy, one of them got 10y of experience in this industry, It’s outsourced work, nevetheless, result is good. A demo how to monitor the system has also been provided when they are on site, I am keen to complete the rest of the step and start using the Solar system.

The solar inverter box installed by these guys stopped working and had to chase them up for three months to get it fixed. Worked for a month and now back to not working. Utter disappointment and a huge inconvenience as I had to be the one to chase them up and after pretending like they fix the issue and leaving without double checking. Now I have to chase them up again

They tried Charging me for the install before installing the solar system.
They stuffed up the paperwork to the electricity provider so I wasn’t reducing my bills for over a month. The installers damaged some roof tiles and left their rubbish on the roof. Water now leaking into roof cavity and caused a hole in the plaster. Called them and still haven’t received a response after repeatedly calling them.

great experience dealing with LECA – we are first time solar customers and although we found the process involved a number of people and services – installation was on time, in our budget and the follow up and communications from LECA have been friendly and nothing was too much trouble. All questions / emails etc were always answered in a timely manner

Put panels on roof 11 months ago has never worked! Inverter has error message will not fix have to report them fair trade do not use them!
Only had $30 in feedback from tarrif in 11 months electricity company can not see any power and advises its an inverter problem
