Brad Doig
Alf from LV Solar installed a solar panel and battery system to our house. He never showed us how use it. We were getting high electricity bills and it was Summer. My wife and I called him many times to come over to check that the system was working correctly, ie that we were actually using the stored power from the battery and not drawing on the electricity supply. He was only ever dismissive or sarcastic in the phone calls and is absolutely not interested in coming back to not only make sure the system is doing what it supposed to be doing, but to explain the workings and operation to us. We spent over $20,000 on his system and we don’t even know if it’s working! From our experience I would definitely not recommend Alf and LV Solar to install a system.

So based on the after sales service no I don’t recommend them!

When we decided to go Solar for our Household power we chose to use a local Contractor. We had heard good reports about LV Solar. So we got them to do the job. Their price was quite comparable to other Contractors.
The work was completed in the time they quoted. The assistance they gave with the behind the scenes paperwork was invaluable. Their work force did their work efficiently and professionally.
They cleaned up after they had finished. All done nice and neat. Even the Electrical Inspector was very impressed with their work.
I would not hesitate in recommending LV Solar to anyone who is considering going Solar.
