I had a 20kw system installed MJJs mid last year. MJJ’s was not the cheapest quote by far but i decided to go with them because I was hoping that the quality of service would be better. From the day it was installed the system was only producing approximately 60% of its rated output. I have emailed and called MJJ’s multiple times over past 6 months and they have still not provided me with any resolution. In my last email I requested that I be contacted by one of the managers, still no response. I’m now forced to either take legal action or raise a complaint with fare trading, in very disappointed.

From acceptance of quote through to final install, MJSS staff including Matt, Jo & Zak etc have been reliable, prompt, dedicated & efficient. Any minor hiccups (not their doing) were attended to & fixed. System up and running exactly as quoted.
My install included Goodwe Inverter & Battery system.

Mjj was easy to work with, and the system installed was great. Cannot say the same for their ongoing service. My system had a fault in the second month of operation and was down for 3 weeks after notifying mjj they organised a repair. This was picked up by myself and not mjj. Their installationquotes a six month monitoring service which was obviously not happening. Additionally there is system monitoring report that was not supplied until requested which was not even my system as the system downtime was not listed. Currently waiting on a reply from the company as items noted in the quotation have not been installed. Check your installation details carefully before paying for system as follow up could be a problem.

Quote was expensive but I’m a firm believer in “ you get what you pay for”. How wrong I was!!!
It was four months after the install before I received my Solar Meter and started receiving any benefit from the Panels.
They failed to submit the required paperwork to my supplier despite repeated emails.
Basically I was told they followed all their in house procedures which goes to show just how bad their procedures are.
As an ISO Quality Auditor I would be issuing a major non conformance but they are not ISO certified and it shows with the end results. I would not recommend
