I had a great sales and installation experience with Mondiaux in the ACT. The sales solution consultant Geoffrey S. was very knowledgeable and worked with me to develop a matrix so I could understand all the solution components and he walked me through the pros and cons of each and how they met my requirements for today and the future. After tailoring the solution, he also provided a competitive and value for money quote and warranty. The installation went smoothly, and I had great post installation support to get my system and mobile app up and running (solar panels and inverter). They are highly efficient panels with shade optimisation built in. That means there is no need to add and pay extra costs for solar optimisers. I am very happy with MONDIAUX SOLAR, and the solar system they supplied.

Archie spent over an hour in a thoughtful conversation with me, making me feel truly heard and providing several customized solutions based on my specific needs. Later, Brian visited our home, conducted a thorough on-site inspection, and we happily finalized the ideal setup after further discussions. He also took the time to check our electrical box and optimized the backup circuit for power outages, which left us very satisfied. The installation team sent by the company was professional and meticulous, and the final outcome met our expectations. Afterward, Eason and Lu from the after-sales department came over and patiently answered all my questions about account setup and power usage monitoring software, showcasing Mondiaux’s commitment to excellence at every stage.
