I recently had a Mondiaux solar panel and battery system installed. I found the Mondiaux team very knowledgeable and the company offered a good selection of panels, inverters and batteries. They were competitively priced as well. The installation and set up is a multi step process and required a bit of tweaking. All the team I dealt with along the way were responsive, helpful and keen to ensure everything was set up correctly and I was comfortable in using the new set up to best effect. I feel confident they will provide timely technical support into the future.

Very happy with 6.65kW solar system installed by Mondiaux and recommended by SolarQuotes. The system has been operating trouble free for over 12 months and is meeting the production estimates provided in the quote. It should pay itself off in about 5 years. It’s producing about 9900kWh/year with zero electricity bills and with a 10c/kW feed-in tariff, I’m receiving an annual rebate of about $600/yr. The iSolarCloud app provided with Sungrow inverter is excellent, allowing electricity production, use and export to be monitored.

Had my solar system for a few years now and I’m pretty happy with the results. These guys were able to work within the sustainable housing loan amount and deliver a reasonably sized system with a battery. Apparently there was an issue with one of the devices which they could see (I couldn’t), Mondiaux came out and fixed it so they definitely support their work. They took quite a few steps to make sure that the system wasn’t an eye-sore like others that I’ve seen. Very happy with the install.

After researching five different suppliers, I ultimately chose Mondiaux Solar, and my consultant Brian stood out far above the rest. He patiently answered all my questions, took the time for a thorough inspection, and created a customized design just for me. (Can I say he’s also super positive and good-looking..? That might’ve influenced my decision a bit)
The entire process, from payment to installation to after-sales support, was incredibly professional and smooth. It felt like they treated my solar system as if they were building a luxury mansion. Huge thanks to the Mondiaux team for their outstanding service. Highly recommend.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Mondiaux Solar. Over a year ago, they installed solar panels on my property in Bonner, and ever since, my roof has been leaking. Despite repeated attempts to have the issue resolved, the situation has only worsened, resulting in significant structural damage to my roof.
To make matters worse, no professional roof inspection was conducted after I reported the problem. Instead, they sent two individuals to the site with nothing more than tape—a completely inadequate response to such a serious issue.
Adding to the frustration, Mondiaux Solar has ignored our emails for the past four weeks. This complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for any business.
They promise quick resolution of after-sales issues and provide workmanship warranties, but these claims are empty. As a CEC (Clean Energy Council) Approved Retailer, Mondiaux Solar is required to address complaints in a timely and professional manner under the CEC Retailer Code of Conduct. However, they have utterly failed to meet this standard, showing a blatant disregard for both their customers and any potential official consequences.
Now, every time it rains, my garage floods, compounding the damage and inconvenience. The prolonged damp conditions have raised serious concerns about the potential development of black mould, which poses a significant health risk to my family.
I am now left with no choice but to hire a professional roofing company to assess and repair the damage—expenses that I firmly believe Mondiaux Solar should cover.
Save your money and buy solar from a reputable supplier that truly upholds the CEC Retailer Code of Conduct. This accreditation is meant to protect customers and distinguish trustworthy businesses from those like Mondiaux Solar, who fail to deliver on their promises.
I cannot recommend this company due to their poor handling of the issue, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for their customers.
