My Energy Group was fantastic throughout the process, from receiving a quote, working with me to amend the design slightly, organising installation, and follow up after installation. Thomas was responsive and knowledgeable and very helpful. The installers were also amazing, very prompt, high attention to detail and didn’t leave a single piece of rubbish. Very neat installation. 5 star rating all round.

I would advise anyone to stay away from this company. Pre-sales process for solar panels installation was smooth, pleasant and professional (thank you Jawad) however this is the only good thing I can say. After-sales and scheduling the installation has been horrible. Constant delays, missed promises, not returning phone calls. This lasted around 2 months until finally the system was installed.
One of the project managers named Yahiya deserves a special mention. He would NEVER return phone calls, he would suddenly schedule some visits disregarding previous messages about our availability, he even booked an inspection for an agreed day and no one arrived. What a waste of time and complete disrespect towards your customers.
I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism anywhere else in Australia; believe me, this is another level. The whole dealing with My Energy Group still makes me sick even months after the installation had been completed. I pray our solars never break down as I don’t believe they would ever offer any service!

Scam business. Signed a contract with them for a hot water system in February. Still not installed. They keep calling and advising they want to get more contracts in the area before installing our unit. First promised to be done in 3 weeks. It’s now with the Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW. Don’t sign with them.

Our solar panel sales & install went ahead with a few hiccups but were sorted but the after sales service has been non existent. Over the last 7 months I have had to deal with most of my time in or around hospital with a cancer diagnosis, medical procedures & chemo amongst other things but have still found the energy to try & contact My Energy Group about some issues but after many phone calls & emails they still have not returned my calls. I will certainly recommend anyone interested in solar to NOT use My Energy Group.

The whole process was explained in writing step by step and went exactly as planned. Very happy with Dean and Yahiya’s efforts in getting my system installed and operational.

After waiting almost a year for our contracted hot water system, to be installed, and making countless phone calls to try and get it sorted out, I am now looking at legal action.
I confirmed and signed a contract with My Energy Group to install a HWS in June last year, waited patiently for a few months, then after hearing nothing back, I spent the last 6 months chasing them up. Their reaction was to advise me to go elsewhere (wish I’d known that in June 2022!), then they finally confirmed that it was approved again and going ahead in February. Then nothing again for weeks, then countless more phone calls with promises of someone calling me back! It’s been the most frustrating experiences with a company I’ve ever had and I would absolutely not recommend My Energy Group to anyone.
