I am very impressed with the service recently had by the team at National Heating & Cooling. I have a rental property and the real estate had another business go around and check the evaporative cooler who said the whole system needed to be replaced at a cost of nearly $3,000. I got National Heating & Cooling to go around and have a look and it was a blown fuse with a service and fix price of $150. Needless to say that I am super happy and impressed and would recommend them to anyone. I won’t be using anyone else!!!!

We are very impressed with Tim & Brad and their team of installers and service desk admin.
We recently purchased a Coonara Gas Heater Log Fire from National Heating & Cooling. Upon installation the remote unfortunately failed to work but the team quickly sorted this problem out.
I must say l am impressed with this new heater, just a touch of the button and instant heat, it shuts off when the room reaches a set temperature and starts up when temperature drops to a certain temperature.
Cheaper to run and l love the view of the logs burning.
Very happy with the service from Tim, Brad and their team at National Heating & Cooling.

Price and service good but seem to think when you ask for a high star rated product you don’t know what that means. Check their quoted product specs against what you have asked to be quoted for!

Amazing quick and very friendly service from Brad. They supplied A/C and heater replacement vents, the quote was done within a few hours and product arrived within a few days, very impressed with the communication, price and overall service.
They have also arranged new A/C replacement pads previously, and we had the same experience then.

Don’t recommend those guys at all not professional at there job. Metricon contacted them to do our cooling and heating were in the first year we had number of parts replaced and installation issues due to the way they had done it. It was costing us over $30 a day in electrical to cool the house and wasn’t very efficient at 4 star product, after some time of continuing to complain to Liam to fix it he said that I was unrealistic and stop helping us.
