I have always supported local business so when I decided to go Solar, I contacted Nepean Solar Solutions for advice and costs. A site inspection was arranged and carried out by Josh who arrived on time and was very professional, informative and worked out a plan to cover my needs. The installation was done by Ross and his team who turned up on time and the workmanship was excellent and the site was left clean. Many thanks to Jim, the Office staff and installers for a job well done. I would highly recommend Nepean Solar Solutions.

Excellent before sale & after sale service. We worked with Nepean Solar as part of our GJ Gardner Penrith build and they were great. Before sales they worked with our past usage bills and our wants to come up with our plan/panels/batteries and after home handover they were still great to work with when we had questions about our system and wanted to add more batteries. Great company to work with and highly recommend.

Our inverter spat the dummy in May. Saw their business from the street and called in. Office staff were extremely helpful. Technicians came out when they said they would, and kept us informed about the supply and installation timeframes. Everything done within a week. Very satisfied with the service. No muss, no fuss.

We had our solar panels installed by Nepean Solar Solutions 3 months ago. All the staff were great, from Rowan’s comprehensive quote and advice, right through to the follow up call from Jim after completion. Communication and punctuality were great, and in my opinion the workmanship of Josh, Ross and the other installers was second to none.
The company put in a lot of extra effort to ensure the inverter was mounted in its ideal site, and as our house has shade issues, they located the panels over several areas of the roof to provide an optimum supply.
Overall- excellent, friendly service. Thank you.

We had a problem with our solar batteries, they were discharging to 4% during the night. We contacted Jim and arranged for a call out to see what the problem was. Jim was happy to help even though Nepean Solar did not install the system. Arranged a service call, Ross came out and checked the system made some adjustments and rectified the problem (Thank you Ross). Now the the systems batteries run as they should without the sudden drain in power.
We highly recommend Jim and his team from Nepean Solar Solutions for their prompt efficient service in this regard.
