We put Solar Panels on our roof 13 yrs ago. Our power bills were getting high again & our Inverter appeared to have stopped working. After reading an article Alex wrote about the panels needing to be checked I decided to call him – local. So pleased I did. His quote came in way below ‘The Big Companies’ who only wanted to replace everything – at a big cost. He cleaned the existing panels, & found a new inverter to suit them. For our family, we wanted to install
Solar panels to achieve cost savings, energy independence, a technically advanced and a sustainable energy source for our property. We also had a vague understanding of the value it may add to our property and some of the environmentally friendly benefits it provided.
When inquiring about solar panels, Newy Solar Co were able to provide sound and evidence based information on cost and financing options, including any current Government incentives (even better), the differences in systems and the performance standards, including lifespan of the products (I’m all about the facts and numbers), and the estimated energy savings, including the approximate return on investment (showing roughly when we may start experiencing energy independence).
It was evident their purpose was to deliver the best service because they were happy to also run through the installation process, the maintenance/service schedule, the customer service they provide, and what we could do to contact them if we had any additional questions (without even looking at their watch!).
It’s not often you find this level of commitment and passion anymore – hats off to you (and the team at) Newy Solar Co.
