I recently had Trina panels with Enphase micro inverters installed. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and support I’m getting. Michael quoted the project and attended site to talk to me about all my needs. He even attended during and after install to make sure everything was going well. Special mention to Haley and the team who installed everything – they took time to make sure it was high quality and I was happy with a small subtle changes that had to be made – they even fixed a few missing screws on my roof sheeting. Loving the Enphase app and seeing how much I’m saving.

NRG are a excellent company to deal with and I could not recommend them more highly.
Michael was great and could not have been more helpful he was able to answer all my questions regarding the system we chose. He was always available by mobile if I needed him. Zoe in the office was always eager to help in anyway re the install and organising the install date (which happened at the time and day it was scheduled) Codey and his team were terrific, very efficient in what they do, they did such a great job with the installation and cleaned up after themselves.
All in all I would recommend NRG to anyone.

Not bad but not the cheapest. Very happy with the system and the export and usage from my smart meter match my electricity company perfectly.
I had the Fronius inverter installed. However they could have used matching silicon for brick work. Upon completion They sent an email offering a small cash back incentive when referring a friend or family which I had done but, disappointingly I receive no response after 2 emails. Seems they just want your cash so on this basis I won’t be having them back to install a battery.

Very happy with our recent solar and Tesla Power wall 3 installation. Sam was very accomodating at the quoting stage providing a number of options and took the time to run through the quote in person answer any questions we had. Once we decided to go with NRG the communication from Zoe was regular and kept us updated on the installation dates. Danny and his team of installers were very friendly and efficient. They left the site cleaner than before they got here. Overall we were very pleased with the whole experience from NRG Solar and would highly recommend to others considering solar and or a battery installation.

I’ve used NRG a couple of times prior for small repairs/advise to my old system (first time was about 10 years ago). On both these occasions NRG were very prompt, helpful, answered our questions, fixed our issue all at a very reasonable cost. When i decided to upgrade i went straight to NRG as they had looked after us so well before. The level of knowledge Jess offered when we came to the office was outstanding, she answered every question and talked through the “why”. The team that installed the system again extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. From start to finish I can’t fault NRG and i recommend them every chance I get.

We have had an NRG off grid system for a few years now and it has been fautless.
Last week during the recent storm our shed which houses our system was hit by lightning during the night and we lost all power.
Despite the 4.00 am phone call to their 24 hour service line, i had Eddy the owner on the phone back to me within half an hour. After a few calls back and forth he arranged to send an installer to our place ( we are 80 km out of Adelaide). They were here by 8.30 am, checked everything and replaced a damaged color control and our power was back by 2.30 pm.

Michael from NRG Solar was excellent, very professional with his quote and any follow up questions, he made it very easy to understand everything.
Hayley (electrician) and her team were fantastic with their communication, the system was installed within a very quick turn around and completed with great efficiency in the one day. The team arrived on time and worked cleanly with little hassles.
With the Fornius app on my phone I can see what the system is producing and what we are using, I’m making money already!

From my initial phone call with Jess, I was impressed. Her knowledge and interest in providing me the best solution for my house was present. When she arrived for a home consult to review and check that her ideas would work, I was not disappointed… Jess listened and offered suggestions. (I didn’t find out about her videos until later.. now I know I made the best choice!)
Installation was booked and date set for install team to attend…. Well, Hayley arrived and the team close behind. Each team member introduced them selves and went straight into the job. Polite and tidy was the first impression.. by day 2, the care of workmanship did not falter. I was concerned about the weather, but Hayley was already on top of that and monitoring the BOM.
Job complete, Hayley explained how to check the system and read the app (OMG… how easy to monitor our house usage… I remember Jess telling me, but when it is your usage shown it really surprises you)
I am super impressed with NRG Solar – Jess, Zoe, Hayley and Team… was a pleasure to do business with the NRG Team (and even happier that I can already see the results in my latest bill – 9 days after install!).

We contacted NRG to have our ageing solar panels replaced and were more than satisfied with the local Adelaide sales and installation teams: finding everyone friendly, professional and efficient. We were so satisfied with the performance of our system that we upgraded it with a battery – that was also quickly and efficiently installed. Being local, NRG staff understand local conditions and are on the spot and readily accessible whenever we need help. I recently rang Jess early one morning with what turned out to be a minor issue and she arranged for someone expert in the system (that they installed) come to our house straight away. Daniel rang to tell us when he would arrive and, when he did, he instantly assessed and fixed the problem (storm water entering an old meter box). He also provided advice about how best to use the system: all in a very friendly, approachable and non-judgemental way. Cannot fault their service.

I selected NRG to install my solar panels and inverter some years ago and recently have engaged them again to add more panels and inverter, absolutely fantastic performance. From day one Jess and her team have been excellent to deal with. Reasons using NRG Solar Panels/Inverters/ and associated equipment is of excellent quality. Electricians and Installers worked in well to achieve what I wanted ending up in a perfect result. Very tidy work and leaving the place clean afterwards. Most importantly the Communication via phone and emails very prompt. This company has quality and leaving me with a system which has performed more than I expected. Congratulations and well done by all. Next move maybe add a battery.
