NRG7 (Trading as Smart Workz Pty Ltd) provided the cheapest quote, were very quick to answer any questions I had and their team of installers (electrician and plumber) arrived on time and installed the “All in One heat pump” quickly and efficiently. I have only had the new heat pump a few hours so I cannot comment on it’s reliability but it seems to be working OK.

They had some issues with the recovery of the old unit. I ended up disposing of it myself after 3 months. I hope they fixed their issues by now. Overall, good value for money.
