I couldn’t recommend On Point more highly Jason and his team are the most efficient electricians I’ve ever hired , first of they’re prompt and I especially like the way you’re treated as a customer with friendly clear communication and respect not only personally but in action . For example the boys actually wipe their feet before coming inside , it’s the little things that make the difference.

I have used this fantastic electrical company previously to install a solar system at my house. Given they did such a good job with the solar I engaged them to replace a broken air conditioner. The process was timely and easy as Jason navigated us through everything from unit selection to ensuring everything was in place for a smooth installation process. It’s hard to find good service in Townsville and as such I would highly recommend On Point for any electrical work.

Jason was awesome to deal with from On Point. We struggled to get any electricians to follow up with quotes for work, but Jason got our work completed within two weeks (from request to quote to completion). Jake and Ray completed the work onsite, we had a switchboard upgrade and Tesla wall charger installed, they were there for half a day, fast, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
