I had retrofit battery installed to store excess energy from existing solar system and partial backup of the house, as have experienced multiple day outage in the past. My experience is mixed. Negative was I had taken time off work for the install (and other preparations) due to the power and internet outage, but the company however rescheduled my original appointment before the appointment date without notifying me (no missed calls, emails, sms, etc). Since the appointment was meant to be 7:30AM I had no way to contact their office until they opened and by 10AM received confirmation they would not be coming. On the positive side, when the rescheduled appointment happened the installer was great, friendly and took the time to explain the installation. Too early to comment further, but looking forward to getting rid of my petrol generator soon 🙂
My recommendation for others to avoid my situation, would be to call ahead leading up to your appointment to make sure it is still going ahead for set date.

Excellent Service & High Quality Workmanship. Resh and the team were amazing especially after I spent nearly 1 year of investigating which batteries I would get installed and asked so many questions. I had many issues from other installers giving me BS, but Resh gave me honest information and never became pushy just to get a sale. On the day I got my 2 Tesla batteries installed, the team were amazing, again so helpful with all my questions and explaining all setups aspects. Their quality and finish was first class. I certainly recommend Online Air & Solar.

To be totally honest I was very worried about the installation process, many histories about dodgy installers and companies online. But Online Air & Solar has provided the best service ever from the quoting, application for my rebate and installation. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend them if you are looking for upgrades or changing from gas to energy.
