Very happy with Perfect Solar Power. They were a pleasure to deal with for my solar panel installation. There is shade over my roof at some times of the year and they designed a system to help deal with that. I very much appreciated them being realistic in their projections about what I could expect during shade so that I could make the best decision about how to proceed. The team that came on site to do the installation were on time, friendly & did a quality install. Great explanations. Excellent hand over documentation. Clearly they care about getting the details right.

Elliott from Perfect Solar Power is their “front man”. Unlike other’s I’d required a quote form, Elliott came to the site (which is awkward with heavy shading) to custom tailor a solar system and document what it would be able to do. To maximise output on such a difficult site we settled on 56 x Enphase Panels with micro convertors. The install team is lead by Tom and assisted by Corey and “Turbo”. Tom and his team are very precise and professional. They had the entire system installed over 3 Days. Tom loves it if you are onsite and offer to help! Post install documentation and support is immaculate. Shout out to Lucy in the back office on this. That is all well and good… but how did the system perform VS what was promised? The proposal doco said I’d get an estimated 23.2 kw/h in July. I got (over a week) an average of 28.07kw/h so 121% of what was promised. I could not recommend Perfect Solar Power more highly over the others I sought quotes from as 1) Visited the site, 2) Put the systems expected output in writing, 3) Installation was immaculate and timely, 4) Output of the system was above that expected.

From meeting Elliott at the Narrabeen markets accidentally to the last day of the installation at 7 pm, Perfect Solar Power was unequivocally phenomenal in every aspect of the job. From the no-sales push approach, to the explanation of all our questions. Every detail was addressed and adhered to. This included, texts from head office on the day and time to expect the boys, Tom, Luke and Elliott, who worked tirelessly from dawn to dusk for 3 straight days.
We know without a doubt, if we have questions after the fact, Elliott has/will drop everything to assist us.

Ontop of my house solar in Sydney, the boys also took on a special project to design and prepare a fully off grid solar and battery system for a house on an island in Fiji. This stand alone power system was pre built in Sydney, the board pre wired meticulously and everything explained and prepared so well that we could install it ourselves with limited experience. I was so so impressed with how helpful and professional these guys are, Elliot took several phone calls while I was in Fiji to guide me through certain questions I had in real time. Thanks boys!

They made the process very easy for us for a first-time solar buyer. No pushy sales – just very easy to work with. Great on-site work too – all very tidy – and very helpful in getting the system up and running. (We’re also really happy with the way it’s all working, 6 months after installation, with no issues whatsoever). Again, we would highly recommend Elliott and Perfect Solar team.
