We needed an electrician on a Sunday afternoon, after our meter box melted. Western Power would not reconnect us until an electrician and replaced the box. Platinum Electrical were the only ones available (one one other local picked up the phone but was in Perth and unable to help). Within minutes we had a local technician call us to take a look, and give us the option of repair now (with a large call out fee) or wait until tomorrow. We elected to wait until tomorrow. Totally impressed with the professionalism provided by all staff that we spoke to and prompt service given. We will use these guys again.

I called this company at 4pm last Saturday for an emergency job on a household power board .The young bloke I spoke to was on another emergency job and he said he could make it about 5.30 pm .He arrived on time and was very polite and very efficient and had the job done within an hour .The price was very reasonable for a weekend call out.I would strongly recommend platinum to anyone in need of an electrician.
