Done great with prompt service when in need.
But
Beware if apprentice is on site you will be charged for tradesman and apprentice. You won’t know until you question the Extravagant price for scope of work. I was expected to pay the apprentices time as stated as a good will gesture. I’m probably more annoyed that they get government grants to cover this and put it on the customer. Apart from that great service but beware people

I was away from home due to work in Karratha and security alarm at home gone off at mid night. Wife panicked and informed me. I called a few emergency electricians in Newcastle area. None picked except for James. He asked me the issue and tried to send someone but informed me after 5 minutes that he couldn’t get the electrician for me. However he offered me the advice on what to do with the photos wife sent to him and called me again to confirm whether it worked. He did this for free at midnight on a Friday. Unbelievable. Thanks so much James. You are awesome. I have no doubt who to look for for my electrical needs next time. These guys are fabulous!

RIDGE and Joel did a wonderful job, they went above abd beyond to get me back into my home after storm damage. It was a very difficult job but they found all the right solutions and efficiently got the job done, very professional young men, very polite as well. I rang James from platinum electricians newcastle because he was local and I needed someone to fix my smoke alarm that wouldn’t stop beeping incessantly despite trouble shooting at 9pm!
What made his service the best was he was responsive and prompt with his arrival and had the beeping fixed in no time at all! Even better had a plan to replace the beyond ancient alarms at a more suitable time 🙂
