After extensive research and based on price and personal recommendation I selected Platinum Solar Group to install a 13.2kW system consisting of 30 Jinko 440W panels and Goodwe 10kW inverter. From the outset Matthew was responsive, helpful, and, importantly to me, patient with my many questions. Nathan and his install team were punctual and courteous, and completed the installation in a prompt and tradesman like manner. Most importantly, when I had a couple of subsequent queries about some minor aspects of the installation, Matt and Nathan coordinated a return visit to satisfy my concerns.

We had been chasing an issue with our Consumption Meter for a while and it was sorted recently by Simon and Tiaan.
They rang to organise a visit on a Saturday afternoon as they were very keen to sort out our problem.
Together they nutted out a small wiring issue which was quickly corrected and the meter is now reading correctly again.
Platinum are to be commended for not ignoring the customer when they have a problem – they made every effort to fix things for us and wanted to see us happy.
We highly recommend Platinum Solar for excellent service both before and after the installation.

Amazing team of professionals. Great advice regarding the pros and cons of each panel, inverter and went through my current and future electricity needs before finalising the best system for me. They were quick with the quote and installation, and the installation process was 1st class. Team did a great job, collected all the rubbish, tidied everything up and tested everything to ensure fully functioning.

Very happy with my new solar from Platinum. They gave good advice and competitive pricing. After getting several quotes I went with Platinum because they use their own tradesmen to install and they came out to assess the property even though we are in a country town, not just a look on a satellite photo. The installation was quick, and they cleaned up perfectly. Made sure I knew how to use the App and answered all questions. Couldn’t rate them highly enough.

Ahmed and his team did a fantastic job with the installation. He made sure the system was tested and running at its optimal performance. I had an issue connecting to the app but i gave the wrong password by mistake. Ahmed was patient and got the issue rectified. Platinum Solar Group installed my new Powerwall 2 battery to my existing solar system. Simon, T and the rest of his team were very approachable and professional to ask any questions. They were very clean with their install and their testing post install. After the install it was noticed that some lights weren’t working in a part of the house and Simon noticed that one of the old fuses wasn’t working properly anymore. His customer service was fantastic and he got back his team and replaced the new fuse for us and let me know the brands he would recommend as obviously a previous electrician used an inferior product in the past. Thank you for your knowledge and customer service. My Powerwall 2 is doing great.
