If I could leave a 10-Star review I would. Podium Solar deserves a glowing review for the fantastic solar system they installed. Not only did they offer competitive pricing, but their service was exceptional throughout the process. Tyson, Matt and Dan provided excellent customer support and went above and beyond to make sure installation went smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with our solar setup, from Podium Solar.

I have just recently had solar installed at home by Podium Solar, and may I say how professional the installation was carried out from consultation to final install. I must mention Michael who visited me at home and answered any questions I had regarding the solar install. He even surveyed the roof with a drone and provided me with 3 different solar systems. A real gentleman. The installation team arrived at my home on time and from then on went about their task diligently not even stopping for a bite to eat, I did coax them with a soft drink though. Tyson has gone above and beyond for us. We purchased our solar system through another provider in December 2022 and have had issues with the system since. We attempted to contact our installer who initially was helpful, but then unfortunately stopped responding to our calls, texts and emails. We found Tyson through our previous installers Facebook page. Tyson has helped us every step of the way even going as far a logging a warranty claim for our faulty inverter. Choosing Podium Solar for my solar installation was definitely the right decision, especially given the specific challenges and requirements of my home. What really set them apart initially was the personal attention from their sales team, who visited my home to understand my needs fully. Other companies that I approached seemed to rely on satellite images rather than visit and I felt didn’t respond correctly to what support I needed when making these big initial decisions.
Using a drone to capture details of my roof and identifying potential shadow areas that could impact solar efficiency. The team’s salesman’s approach was thorough and relatable, we walked around for at least 90 mins where we discussed different solutions, ultimately allowing me to choose the best one for my needs. He listened to what I wanted and didn’t force me into something that was easier to install.
The installation process was equally impressive. Tyson and the Podium Solar Install Team arrived early and worked methodically throughout the day. I have six different arrays installed with each on a different surface, and the team was not only efficient but also very courteous, taking the time to explain each step of the process if I walked up to see how it was installed. Podium’s electrician’s work was particularly notable and deserves a shoutout for the cleanliness of install in both the unseen meter box and the highly visible 3-phase inverter installation under the carport.
Post-installation support has been top-notch. I’ve had to contact Tyson a few times with questions about monitoring access and changes due to switching internet providers. Each time, he was exceptionally helpful, even returning to my home to ensure everything was functioning smoothly with my new setup.
I highly recommend Podium Solar to anyone considering a solar installation. Their commitment to personalised service, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional follow-up support has provided me with a very positive experience in my initial foray into the solar environment.

We just had security sensor lights put in by Podium Solar and extremely happy . The 2 Matt’s went above and beyond what was expected of them , a small job made difficult by flat roof with no cavity to work in but they found a way .We highly recommend Tyson and his team at Podium Solar for any electrical work ..they will get the job done no matter how big or small .

After doing plenty of research and getting quotes, I finally found Podium Solar and knew they were the team to go with. Tyson has a professional and positive approach, was willing to answer any questions I asked and spends the time with you as a customer to reach your desired outcomes. This isn’t my first solar install experience and Tyson was happy to go technical with me and even spend the time to go through design changes to find the optimal panel layout and inverter location. He has his own dedicated inhouse team and is on the job site with them. From the beginning to the after service, I highly recommend Podium Solar for your Solar Install.
