Excellent service, at every step, despite difficult job – double storey, small roof with multiple vents and a sealed cavity to top it off.
After my 3 closest family members separately recommended PSW to me I came to abruptly regret my decision to get a second quote from another company after a saleswomen came by to “assess” my property and I was forced to endure a cringe 45min sales pitch which concluded with a quote 30% higher.
PSW was straight to the point, had a convenient online selection process with customisable options, information and competitive pricing. The system was turnkey, installed at my first availability and just after lunch despite the challenges.

Was looking for a battery upgrade for my solar system. I enquired with a few places but after seeing a Ad on Facebook, enquired with PSW energy.
The process was fairly easy with Russell answering any questions I had while being fairly relaxed and non pushy which I usually got with some sales people. Once everything paperwork with paperwork, it was a clear communication on each stage and what would be happening. They were always clear and quick if they needed anything for the process to still keep moving forward.
On installation day the guys rocked up early as per the brief. It was clean installation and the tradies were professional and tidy. They answered any questions that I had and helped me set up my battery app on my phone.
I was super happy with the process from start to finish and can see why PSW energy is so highly related within the community.

Would have to give PSW five stars from the first phone call to Russell at 9.00am on Monday to eight days later installation complete. Great communication from admin staff, installation started on time and finished when estimated with an overview of operations and phone app up and running. No hiccups and no surprises.
