We were contemplating getting a new battery and contacted several companies to quote. We got a lot of information from Matt over the phone and then Ross came out to discuss with us in detail. Other companies quoted over the phone and, while they probably would have done a site visit if requested, Sapphire were the only ones that did that first. Ross spent a substantial amount of time going over the options with us before we made the decision.
We’ve now had the battery installed (20 kWh SAJ) and after a few glitches, everything is up and running perfectly. The installation team were terrific, very easy to get along with. Follow up with Matt has been great.

My battery stopped working for some electrical lights I called and Matthew came around and fixed everything in very professional way I can’t believe he did it on the same day I called and waited for me to come home from the airport with my son , people and tradesman don’t exist like this these days but Matthew was so amazing and I would highly recommend this company as a result of them I now have no gas or electricity bill thanks again Matthew

I recently had the pleasure of having Sapphire Solar install our solar system and batteries and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the installation process and after sales service their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The promotional service they offered made the decision to switch to solar an easy one, and their customer service was top-notch. They were always available to answer any questions I had and made sure the entire process ran smoothly. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to make the switch to solar.

After sales is terrible. The invetor stopped working in November 2022 and it took them 6 months to fix in May 23. Lost all my summer solar and no compensation so am over $1000 out of pocket in paying for electricity which should have been covered by the solar.
Stay clear, management don’t call back or answer emails.

Lots of delays, chasing them up many times, no show on date of initial installation. Sometimes messages not replied to or took ages to respond. Paid money due 1 week before installation (10k) then waited 7 weeks for installation, not bad interest earning for the owner, could have lowered my mortgage interest.
Installers came, left rubbish and did not clean up.
QR code did not scan and told to call Solar Victoria who told me I would get no battery rebate, quite stressful, then had Owner’s wife emailing me about paying last of monies owing.
I truly believe that they took on too many contracts when they knew battery rebate scheme was finishing – their problem not mine.
All in all, not a positive and happy experience.

He was polite patient and friendly and his knowledge was impressive
Above all he was honest and gave me advice that was to my benefit and did not just try to boost his sales
Although i have an older system i was looking to upgrade and add a battery
Unfortunately i am renting and Matt gave me a list of options that i could choose from
Although i decided not to go ahead i was so impressed that i am leaving this review

We purchased our solar and battery system four years ago. Prompt and well priced. Ross had lots of helpful information that helped not just with the solar and battery but assisted with the right power plan. Also helped us with other heating and cooling options which he doesn’t sell for a new house we are building.

Horrific customer service, Have been a customer for 3 years, solar panels have had issues, trying to get some support. No response to multiple emails, continuously told we will get someone to call you back.. Still waiting. Would go somewhere else.
