Veronica from Shark Solar did an amazing job installing a solar system for my property. The project was done exactly as discussed with the highest quality panels on the market. This system will pay for itself in about few years with what my electricity bill was before installation. Both Veronica and Rocky are a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

Shark Solar installed a 9.1 KW system for me in Perth in Feb this year. The 8kw inverter they installed is not approved by Synergy (the local supplier) for credit on exported units back to the grid. After many many attempts to get them solve the problem they were responsible for, they simply washed off their hands of any responsibility by simply saying it was nothing to do with them.
Sadly, my experience in dealing with SHARK SOLAR was nothing but disappointing.
The lack of adequate understanding in the field they operate was not the only shortcomings I found dealing with SHARK SOLAR Co, but also their response time and communication skills and honoring their responsibilities afterwards completely lacked integrity. I hope no one else faces similar issues as I have found myself in to clean up after their unfinished mess.

I was skeptical using a solar company that is relatively new and unheard of, and not based in SA where I live, however Adam reassured me and promised everything would run smoothly, and it did.
Everything that was promised was delievered on time, even in the lead up to christmas. The communication was great and the install smooth. The price was also extremely competative.
However, the install was done incorrectly and of poor workmanship. Shark solar tried to get the original installer back to do the job properly, however they refused stating ‘they live too far away’.
About a month of an underperforming system and Shark sent a different installer out to fix the problem.
Unfortunately an inverter issue keeps appearing. I assume this is a goodwe product fault. Will have to wait and see if it gets rectified this time.
