We are very happy with the installation of our Solahart Hot Water system – from the time that I made the original enquiry Lod made the entire experience a seamless one and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. On the day of the installation I was very impressed with the level of service – the Technician who arrived at our property had a very professional approach and once he started he did not stop. When Lod arrived with the new Solahart and Hiab Truck the old hot water system was ready to be removed from the roof and the new Solahart installed. We highly recommend Lod and his Solahart team to anyone looking to have a hot water system installed.

Thank you to all the team at Solarhart Southwest for an efficient and professional service to install our new Solahart. From my first phone inquiry regarding a problem with our existing Solahart Hot Water System to a prompt visit the following day to inspect the breach and provide a quote, then topping it off with same day installation of a new system with the minimum of fuss, was impressive to say the least! The Installation Team were respectful and friendly and mindful of our garden and surrounds. We were grateful to have hot water that night. Thanks again for such great service.

I’m not sure if Bunbury has something wrong with their water BUT… getting anyone in this area to actually do anything appears impossible and this company is no different.. My partner has been phoning and emailing and has been trying to get an employee to sell us a hot water system but they just don’t want to know😜 . We give up, we will do something else, as clearly our money is not good enough.
It is strange that they have no record of our enquiry but they phoned my partner within hours of this review hitting their office computer. If this company attended to their customers as quick as they attend to reviews on google they would never have a review like this.
