Can’t rate the team highly enough. I’m a zero fuss person and do my research before engaging with a business. Zoe was very knowledgeable and came to learn quickly that I didn’t want a standard system on my home and wanted her to design the system as if she lived in the house herself and had free reign to do what she wanted. I booked it in that day and it was installed 4 days later (they had a cancellation). Cannot complain with my system and it is doing more than I thought it would. Happy days. Thanks team! I’ve thought about getting solar for years and got a few quotes but each time the sales person left, I’ve felt unsure and still had questions.
This was not my experience with Zoe and solar dimension.
Zoe explained solar in a way I could understand, offered me different size and price options and once we established what I was comfortable with, meticulously worked through the process, panel layout with current images so I could see what the finished result looked like, as well as using the app so that you can see how your Solar is performing at all times.
When my system was installed, Darren the solar electrician was friendly, competent and involved me in each step, ensuring I was happy with positioning of the inverter and panels a second time, even though Zoe had already done this.
I can’t speak highly enough of my experience and would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful family owned local business.

Dave crushed it with our solar install, came out and provided 3 different quoting options the day after enquiring and 2 weeks from our enquiry, he had the panels up on the roof. The total experience was seamless. Zoe was very knowledgeable about our requests and provided valuable answer, with quotes on the best way to achieve them. She spent a considerable amount of time with us, answering our many questions until we were happy. The staff at Solar Dimension were just as pleasant and professional, keeping us informed every step of the way. On the day of the install, the team turned up, introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. The whole install was quicker than we expected, but the install was completed to the highest standards. To top it off, we received a courtesy call that same day remarking on the performance of our system, whilst asking if there was any further questions or concerns that they could assist with. Great customer service all round. I would recommend Solar Dimension to everyone.

We initially had solar installed by Solar Dimension in late 2022 and we were happily receiving refunds for our usage. Then when we had the cyclone hit in January and lost power for 3 days, it was horrendous, my husband and I are in our 50’s and it knocked us around but MIL is in her 80’s and it really took a toll on her, we all live in the house together, scary part she lost the use of her pacemaker machine monitor. We decided to install a battery and Zoe from Solar Dimension also suggested some more panels as we had increased our usage by adding a heated swim spa. Well here is the best bit… we had our first scheduled power outage and we couldn’t even tell the power had gone out except for checking the app (photo attached) and it showed it was out. I was able to force charge the battery that morning in preparation for the outage and we didn’t loose any power, even though it was out for most of the day. We are feeling a lot more prepared for the next cyclone and future power outages, especially knowing elderly MIL will have aircon and not heat stress and her heart will be properly monitored. The guys from Solar Dimension were awesome and we highly recommend them. P.s. we also love the app. ❤️
