We had solar installed on our units over 12 months ago at an exorbitant cost by this company. I still don’t get a rebate as they still haven’t arranged an inspection with Ausgrid. I have contacted them numerous times and just given a runaround. My next step is to contact fair trading to see what can be done and for compensation.
I would not recommend this company at all.
