We recently had the pleasure of working with Kosala and his team for the installation of solar panels and a solar battery system, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. From the very beginning, Kosala took the time to carefully explain all the options available to us, including the government rebate system and how it works. He provided clear and competitive pricing for each system, which was a fantastic bonus, and helped us complete all the necessary applications, making the process seamless and stress-free.
What stood out to us was the flexible payment plan Kosala offered, which is a huge benefit in these times. On the installation day, Kosala and his team were prompt and professional. While they couldn’t complete the installation on the first day due to some challenges with our roof, they returned the next day and finished the job efficiently. Their expertise and attention to detail were impressive.
After the installation, Kosala explained everything thoroughly, ensuring we understood how the system worked. Even after the installation, when I called with follow-up questions, he answered immediately and provided helpful responses.
We are extremely happy with the service we received from Kosala and his team. They offered great pricing, and their friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable approach made the entire experience smooth. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering solar solutions!
