I am extremely impressed with Solar Galaxy for their outstanding service and professionalism. Despite it being December, they managed to install a 10kW solar system on very short notice, completing the entire process in just two days! The pricing was competitive, and the turnaround time was remarkable.

Because of the surging electricity prices I was looking to get Solar Panels for my home. Explored alot of companies out there but got a very decent deal from Solar Galaxy. The process from sales pitch to deciding upon the panels/ inverter to quotation and finally installation everything went very smooth. The team is very responsive and they try to address all your needs/ concerns. The timeline they give me for installation was met, I didnt have to chase them. Highly recommended.

Solar galaxy Salesman Rohid was very good at organising all elements of this install. Very good result. I add months down the track after many writen, verbal complaints to set the battery up to charge efficiently i find battery install a useless add on! Why because it is set to charge from the grid which i already have access to. This at high prices. They are shitty poor to nothing at providing service back up in brisbane And apear to just want more sales without having the customer interest at heart.
The alpha battery company has advised they solar galaxy incorrectly sales sold a useless backup plug in switch instead of allowing the battery automatic back up connect to the switch board .
Still today six months later running at a loss. Congratulations.

From the onset the team were very helpful and communicate clearly throughout the whole process. On the day of the installation of the Solar system the team arrived early and got on with the job. They helped me install the app on my phone so I can see how much power the system is producing and they completed the STC paperwork for us afterwards which was a big bonus!

Strongly recommend solar galaxy. Eddie and the sales team helped every step of the way. The installers were prompt came on time, finished the job and handed the warranty papers plus gave all the needed instructions to monitor through the solar app. Eddie followed up a few weeks later to check everything is ok. About a week ago, Jessica from Solar Galaxy contacted me to see if my system was working satisfactorily. At the time it was and I thanked her for the followup call given it had been 11 months since installation. I have an Each Energy inverter and a 10.2kw array. Three days later I had an internet outage in my suburb and a as a result my “logger” went offline. I wasn’t sure why at the time, but my Solarman app was not registering output etc. I called Jessica who answered the phone straight away and started trouble shooting my problem and spoke to engineers about the issue, because it began to get dark the inverter stopped registering information, so she assured me she would be happy to check with me in the morning to. The good news is the system never stopped producing the app logger just needed a reset. Jessica called
Me to check on the status the next morning and I was a very happy customer. All was working.
