Thanks Oliver for organising the quote. From the moment I first messaged Oliver, he’s been quick. He called me the same day to provide a quote and book me in. I got 3 quotes that day. His was most fair and decent products. A few days later, he called to book in the electricians to do the job and a whole 7 or so days later it was fully installed. Excellent service from everyone spoke with. Anthony was unbelievably helpful and answered any questions I had. I did ask him numerous questions about different panels and inverters. I upgraded the panels, but stuck with the quoted inverter.
Jian and his team of installers were great and had the job done by lunchtime. He also, answered any questions I had whilst he was installing the system.
I would highly recommend Solar Masters to anyone who is thinking about getting a solar system installed. I had a 13.2kw system installed with Jinko tiger neo panels and 10kw Solis inverter.

I had my 13kW system installed to my duplex recently and I’m pretty happy about it. I chose Jinko panels and Sungrow inverter with WiFi monitoring. It started to generate energy the same day reducing my electricity bill.
Steve Johnson was my manager who patiently guided me through the process, provided all the details and answered hundreds of my questions. The price was very competitive. I was concerned that installation team would be not great for this low price but they were actually pretty good, friendly and professional.

I would like express my gratitude for the professionalism of Solar Master. I had Canadian Solar panels and Sungrow inverter installed. During the experience I had David guide me through the process and it was streamlined. It was installed approx a month ago and all working fine. The system was a 13.2 kwat system. If you get solar do your homework so you know which panels and inverter works for you. There are any companies out there but don’t be pushed in get a cheaper option. Again, well done to David and Solar Master for their great work and professionalism.

Never contact them. Their Sales team will harass you with regular follow-up and share your details to other company who would keep calling you. My engagement with one of the members of the sales have been horrible. Kindly remove my data from your system and never call me.

Their pricing is a little bit of a con. 13.2 advertised at $3,899.00. Mine, with better inverter, 4559, two-storey penalty, and removal of old system, came out at $5,990.00. I was okay with that, he was a knowledgeable salesman. A couple of hiccups and delays dragged things out. The install was finally scheduled for today. Four Chinese guys, not speaking any English, showed up late after 4:00pm and demanded an extra $850.00 for some data cables that weren’t in the contract. Told them where they could stick it and they promptly left – tearing-up and damaging my gravel driveway with their truck. Not happy. Just heard that Solar Masters have cancelled my contract. Waste of six weeks of my time. BEWARE OF THIS OUTFIT THEIR INSTALLERS ARE SCAMMERS!
My reply to owner’s response: The contract shows the exact position of the inverter and the panel. The contract stated that a cable run of up to 5 meters was included, with any excess being charged at $30/m (see photo). The actual run was 7.7 meters and I was happy to pay $90 as per the contract, but they insisted it must be $850.00. Access was fine – the previous system was installed with no problems or extra charge at all. And I still haven’t received the refund of my deposit. And I stand by my opinion of your boorish installation sub-contractors. Very poor service indeed.

Contacted them for a quote for my home in Riverstone sydney. They are queensland company and doesn’t have electrical license to sell or install solar in NSW . They are selling & installing solar illegally in NSW. In case if any house catches fire insurance company will decline claim because they doesn’t have electrical contractor license to install solaron top they have fake service office address. Buyers be careful they can’t operate and install solar without electrical contractor license in nsw. I have already also contacted clean energy council regarding this and they will be investigating also shortly.

The price was competitive, the installation was smooth and quick, and everything works perfectly. I’ve been producing more electricity than I use, which has been great. Overall, highly satisfied with both the product and service, and would definitely recommend!

Recently had a 10.4Kw system supplied and installed by solar masters. I was assisted by Frank who was great from start to finish. It took me 3 – 4 weeks to decide if I wanted solar or not, which system was best for my situation and wade through all the information, incentives, and deals online.
Frank was patient, responded quickly to all my questions and was knowledgeable about the products and deals available. There was no pressure to make a decision or sign-up immediately. I was happy with the price that came in $1500 less than Origin and RACQ for a superior system.
Installation was equally smooth with a local electrician doing a great job and turning up on time and tidying up after. The installer went above and beyond to explain how the system worked, tips for getting the best efficiency and helping me register the system and set up the app.
If like me you are confused about solar, the system options, government incentives and the risk of getting it wrong – give solar masters a call. David – Currimundi

Just installed 13.2kW on my rooftop. Except for the delay in installation (probably due to logistic issue), I am satisfied with the solar installation provided by Michael. It is now up and running and the installation team has completed the job in about 4-5 hours. Great service at a good price and I would recommend my friend to use their service.

I asked for a quote – big mistake. Once they had my contact details, the called / emailed me multiple times a day seeking approval of their quote. After repeatedly asking them to stop I finally advised that I could not take the harassment and I advised both via email and on the phone not to call me again and that I was not interested.
Despite this clear communication I still received multiple follow up emails and a call. I would not deal with any company that is this desperate and so seriously inappropriate. Harassment is offensive.
Owner then says “email me” – but supplies no details…. Who do I email? The sales rep who has been harassing me? Words fail me.
