On August 26, I was given an incorrect quote for a Solar Battery Storage System, the quote did not include the inverter and Solar Miner wished to withdraw the quote and refund me the $300 down payment. It is now September 18 and I still have not had my refund. I followed up and was told refund would take 20 working days. I do find this policy quite weird……
2024 September 19 Finally got refund. Will give 3 stars for honesty.
