Had issues with my installation due to a faulty Solis inverter. The wifi dongle isn’t working. Took more than 2 months to finally resolve the issue by having a new inverter installed.
It was a long wait but Malcom was very helpful and very professional throughout the entire process. He provided timely updates and has coordinated the delivery of the new inverter and the booking of the electrician to reinstall the device.
