I recently had an installation done by Solar Naturally, and while there were some positives, there were also significant issues that need addressing.
Firstly, I must commend the salesperson for being exceptionally good at his job. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about my needs, which made the decision-making process much easier.
However, the installation experience was not as smooth. Unfortunately, the installers left a hole in my roof, which caused water to leak through during a storm. This resulted in noticeable water damage marks on my bathroom ceiling, which is quite concerning.
Additionally, I called to inquire about my bill, as it didn’t seem to save me as much money as I had expected. I was disappointed to find that their 24/7 call center didn’t have anyone available to answer my questions at 3 PM on a Wednesday. This lack of accessibility was frustrating and added to my concerns.
Resolving the installation issue took a bit more back and forth than I would have preferred. Thankfully, Bianca, who handled my case, was just as competent as the salesperson. Her professionalism and dedication ensured that the problem was eventually fixed, which I appreciate.
Given the quality of service from both the salesperson and Bianca, I genuinely wanted to give Solar Naturally an extra star. However, due to the significant inconvenience caused by the installation mishap and the lack of timely support regarding my billing questions, I can’t overlook those issues. I hope future experiences will be smoother, as I believe they have the potential to provide excellent service.

The installers did a good job professional and friendly. However the system is grossly overpriced. I should have done more research. I suggest people shop around same system can be installed much cheaper. Dont be forced into making a decision on the day at the initial meeting. If you do please note there is a cooling off period where you can still cancel. I did not see the cooling off period until it was to late, otherwise I would not have had the system installed. Be sure to ask what make of inverter and solar panels are being installed at the initial meeting and price it independently, you’ll see what I mean. Lesson learnt the hard way.

The guys who installed my panels were very professional and left the garage and area clean. Listened to instructions of what to do when finished as I was not home during installation. Was very pleased with everything.

Sales person that door knocked was amazing,
Person that confirmed our home booking was lovely,
The person that came to do our home visit was really friendly and nice until we started asking questions which we were within our rights too, i said we will have a think and a talk about it and let you know, this person then immediately their mood changed and they packed up their stuff and left the house without giving us a number or allowing us to think about our discussion.
We were going to sign up until the persons mood changed on us and they stormed out of the house without leaving us any contact details to even sign up???
