Ben Liz and the guys at Solar Pro all conducted themselves professionally there knowledge base was outstanding any questions or concerns answered in a way so we could understand, We had an obsolete solar system in situ and needed that removed and disposed of which was no problem, the job was done in one day and they cleaned up as if they had never been. Very happy with installation looking forward to having it turned on Thursday.

Everyone at Solar Pro were great to deal with start to finish. The team installed a 23 plus kWh system with a Tesla battery, and was a fairly big job with men going gangbusters. Ben and Liz in the office offered great advice and help and Nick, Andrew and boys on the tools went out of there way to install the system according to how I wanted it and it had to be. Very happy to recommend you talk to the team at Solar Pro, good people.

(Update:) June, 2024: Since the installation there have been two problems with the equipment. Both Ben O’Brien and Ben Anderson have been extremely responsive in both cases and have remedied the problems very quickly. In both cases, the problems were faulty or failing circuit-breakers. They have replaced these and installed them without charge or inconvenience to me.
Solar Pro is entirely professional and responsive. I am very grateful for the attention and response.

Solar Pro Bendigo did a brilliant job on our solar install and come highly recommended. The whole process from start to finish was smooth, seamless and very professional. Our install was a bit more challenging than usual but a site visit from Jonathon up front came up with a tailored solution that met our needs. All questions were answered quickly and helpfully giving us expert information and the guidance we needed. Wait time was only a couple of weeks and the installation team were friendly, respectful and very efficient. We could not be happier with our new system from Solar Pro Bendigo and dealings with all their staff.
