Great service from Chris and the team. I spent a lot of time on the phone having my never ending queries answered, none of which were a problem for them. The system (panels, inverter and battery) was installed with a minimum of fuss and the results are fantastic – no more power bills!

From first contact Chris and the team at Solar Water Wind were AMAZING!
When my electricity bill tripled with exisiting solar in place I contacted Solar Water Wind to look into my solar. The technician was here the next day and very thorough inspecting the panels and system. A very detailed report was sent a few days later with support on steps to take with insurance to replace our system. Chris was always there to answer all the silly questions I had and walked me through the process. Chris organised some panels to be removed earlier than install day so I could get some work done on the roof.
The boys who installed were so lovely, worked through all day even whilst it was raining.
I really can’t thank Solar Water Wind enough the whole team is amazing and I highly recommend Chris and the team!

When my solar system was damaged in a storm I contacted Solar Water Wind for a quote. After their technicians investigated the damage, I was provided with detailed step by step instructions on what to provide my insurance company. They provided all the documents. It was that simple. The technicians were polite and took their shoes off every time they entered my house to use the bathroom. They left the bathroom as clean as it was before they used it. Their app is incredible. It provides live information on how much power is generating at any given time. I highly recommend Solar Water Wind.

They are absolutely rip off merchants.
These people came into my home and told me that they would take the solar box away to test it. Came back with a FULL report on how the solar was hit by lightning and a report to my insurance company. But truth be known, as soon as the box is disconnected there is nothing to read. It has been taken from the source. Also the box was dead, that is how I can to call these people, there was nothing to read as it had blown up.
Therefore it is insurance FRAUD…. not only that, they only did half a job at first and a sloppy one at that. The first time they came to install the solar there was bits of metal and screws left in my lawn, I had to go around and pick them all up before I could mow. Then they sent the same man who told me he was taking the box away back to my house to connect the wifi to it. I asked him to get his drone out and tell me if they had fixed the hot water solar as we still did not have hot water. He did as I requested & it was never done, but I was invoiced for it…. He call the owner of the company “Llyod” & in front of me, the man said “I don’t know how to replace them” the owner said “it is easy I will talk you through it”
So a week later the owner sent an inexperienced person to get up on my roof to replace the glass panels.
There was all the broken glass left on my roof, and some had fallen into the sandbin our walk way. But not only that, he did not know how to walk on a tiled roof and cracked 12 of my roof tiles.
As I just freshly painted my son’s and my bedrooms, we all of a sudden had water damage in out bedrooms. So we investigated and found all the broken tiles. Right where the hot water solar is
I called and called and called the company, they eventually sent someone with the wrong tiles and so I called back and threatened fair work, so the owner came to my house, saw I was a single mum and told he would have someone here Tuesday. But as he was leaving said to me “You need to do an insurance job love, that way you will get a whole new roof”
I knew right then he was not coming back to repair the damage his company he did to my house.
I now have water coming through my lounge room when we have heavy rain. I have photos and videos of the damage of my house.
This company prey on elderly and single mother and this is nothing but insurance fraud.
I also know of them pulling this same stunt to an elderly man (79 yr old) living on his own at Ettalong Beach.
This company should be shut down, they are a disgrace
