ClashMate
Stay away! We installed over 100 systems with their products and now we are chasing our tail with warranties. The support is slow and I doubt any of them have a electrical licence as they do not understand their own testing procedures. Eg their hot water device started tripping the circuit breaker after working for several months. When we came to investigate we bypassed the unit (same cable just with a connector) the hot water works fine. But they keep sending us back on site to do further testing and say its may an installation failure. How was it working before then???? Absolutely ridiculous.

Had solar edge inverter installed and now has stopped communication after 2 years. I am advised I need to get a technician out. With call out fee and minimum cost to look at inverter, I will be out $500 plus and that is no guarentee fix. Would not recommend this product and this was based on recommendation of clipsal. Probably best to find a solar installer and supplier with a better track record.

The support team asked me today to connect the inverter to internet for them to update the firmware. Well our main problem is that the inverter not able to connect to internet at first place!!!
