Solar hub installed my panels and battery in 2019 and they were super. This latest visit was because my system is old and the chap who came was polite and got on so quickly that he was gone in no time. Said he would submit the report to Evoenergy and send a copy to me. Great firm to work for.

We had our job scheduled for Sept 23rd 2023 after numerous calls between us and Solar hub. Their subcontractor, LMC electrical arrived and started their setup and roof inspection. 30mins later they stated our job could not go ahead as “the roof pitch isn’t suitable and needs to be addressed, as it is low and could cause water ingress during storms”, Ben the Solarhub CEO explained that “they’ve been in the business 20yrs and don’t do things like other cowboys” it needs to assessed by an engineer, LMC said they were unsure why it’s been halted as the engineer had been to our address previously, but they’ve been instructed by Solarhub that the job can’t go ahead and all work must stop immediately.
During this confusion caused by Ben and Solarhub, the subcontractors at LMC electrical did not secure any of the tiles they lifted resulting in a 2 tile high 3 tiles wide (80cmx120cm) hole in our roof, left to the elements for 8 days. After a storm our loungeroom flooded due to this hole and caused significant water damage to plaster, window architraves and a antique pantry hutch.
Would give less stars if possible and have been advising family and friends to look for alternatives to this company.

Solar Hub not only installed a superb system, they monitored it. They actually alerted me when it wasn’t working and organised and enacted all of the warranty repairs without me having to lift a finger. And they did it very quickly and efficiently. I was barely bothered. So not only is their product first rate, their follow up and ongoing service is second to none. They sell the product, install it, monitor it and repair it. You’re never dealing with subbies. I totally recommend Solar Hub.
