Specialized Solar provided excellent service that enabled us to smoothly complete our solar/electrification project. In addition to our solar system, they also oversaw the supply and installation of 2X heating- cooling split systems, an electric heat pump HWS, and the installation of an induction stove we bought ourselves. The installation of all appliances was carried out effectively and efficiently in two days, with our old gas stove and hot water system taken away. Our gas heating unit in the roof cavity remains, but was capped and decommissioned. Communication has been excellent as were the online meetings with Scott to discuss the project. We can highly recommend this company.

Jess, Tim & Will are fantastic. Everything was taken care of with zero fuss. This experienced team took all the drama out of the process. My place is double storey, on a sloping block and I am in an owners corporation. The team provided professional advice that resolved all the challenges. On the whole Specialized Solar & Electrical provided an excellent service, particularly the integration of the introductory person, the main anchor person and the link with the installers. some things I was unhappy about included the main anchor person sending a quote to confirm that was more than $300 above the first quote. when I queried this, he said it was a typo. I refused to accept it and asked him to consult his supervisor. I was allowed to stick with the first quote. There were a couple of other things like this to straighten out and caused me a bit of stress which could have been avoided. These included some facts in the promotional materials not aligning with Specialized Solar’s practices even tho the promo materials were on Specialized Solar’s website.

TL;DR Working with this team was a breeze from start to finish & I cannot recommend them enough in terms of knowledge, communication & delivery.
Specialized Solar & Electrical installed solar panels on my home. First contact was a video chat with Tim who explained everything thoroughly & answered all my questions. In particular, the fact that they’ve been doing this for a long time & will be sticking around to deal with warranty repairs down the track was reassuring.
The electrician leading the install was Zack who attended to everything with attention to detail, even monitoring my system via the app in the weeks after the installation to ensure everything was working as expected. When he noticed a fault with the monitoring system, he promptly followed through with getting the issue sorted.
The whole process was smooth from start to finish and I felt well informed and clear on what I needed to take care of (eg, signing forms & rebate applications) every step of the way. I look forward to working with them again in future for other home updates I’m looking to get done.

Scott and the team were very professional and friendly. They talked me through each step and were quick to reply to any questions I had. They do top quality work so aren’t the cheapest around, but this benefits the consumer in the long run.

Fantastic help with everything from start to finish the finance and instillation and even a follow up phone call to see if I was happy with the progress it was quick and efficient with very little headaches and a very smooth process would definitely deal with these guys again and a huuuuuge thank you to Scott that made all this happen

I used Specialised Solar to install a heat pump to replace my gas HWS and also had them clean my solar panels. I have to say it was a great experience from beginning to end. They provide the info they say they will (in a form you can understand!), they call you back when they say they will, they turn up when they say they will, and they do what they’ve said they will do!!! I felt 100% confident from the first discussion that we would get a quality result and that’s what happened. Even with cleaning the solar panels they do that but also check the system and give you an intemised report on how it’s working. What a great idea!! I’ve got no idea if it’s doing what it should be after all these years. I could not recommend them more highly.

Good customer service. They genuinely want to help their customers transition to a greener future. During my dealings with them, I did not feel pressured to spend on the more expensive solar setup even though I did eventually invest more due to independent assessment made by myself using information provided to me. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend anymore to consider them.
