Getting solar we were somewhat overwhelmed by the choices. We went with Sunbuilt and have not regretted that decision at all. They were patient in the initial confused stage, and once chosen, came through on every promise they had made. Communication was excellent and when we did have a hardware problem, it was promptly rectified. Not a problem since then, just been watching the app tick over and getting used to putting the dishwasher and washing machine on delay so they run when the solar is producing.
