I was referred to Sunny Solar by another provider to get my EV Charger installed. Rick and the team were great through the whole process.

There was a delay in the arrival of my Zappi from the wholesaler and Rick kept me informed the whole time we were waiting (which was only a few days).

He arrived in time on thee day of install and had the job done quickly and set it up on my wifi. I was busy when they had finished the job so he sent me a text telling me where he had left the instruction manuals and letting me know he is available to call should I have any questions.

I would highly recommend Sunny Solar to install your EV Charger or in fact any other products that they offer.

Can’t recommend Rick and his team highly enough. From the outset, the installation process was fully explained, his team were polite and professional and everything was done as quoted. It’s rare to get such great service these days.

In 2015 we installed a roof top solar system and purchased a warranty extension to 10 years. For much of the time of the system’s operation we were plagued with error messages and significant interruptions to the solar generation. We approached the original installer on numerous occasions during this time and again when the system ‘died’ earlier this year. At no stage did they provide any assistance at all in overcoming these problems. It was not until we asked for assistance from Sunny Solar that the problem was fixed. In doing so, Rick from Sunny Solar experienced frustrating, lengthy delays and obstructions in getting the manufacturer to accept there was a hardware problem. During this time, he provided us with regular updates regarding his communications with the company. With admiral persistence and perseverance by Rick, the company eventually provided a replacement inverter which Rick recently installed. The system is now working perfectly. So our thanks to Rick for his professional and determined efforts to obtain acceptance by the company of its obligation under our extended warranty. Rick’s and Sunny Solar’s assistance stands in stark contrast to the lack of interest of our initial installer. Despite the obstructions and ‘run around’ he received from the company, Rick was always very friendly, cooperative, helpful in providing advice and competent in solving our problem. We are delighted with the extremely efficient and effective service provided by Rick and Sunny Solar and highly recommend them.

Great team and I encourage those who are thinking about solar to strongly consider Sunny Solar. Quick and efficient they got the installation done fast and it works great! Also went over and above the call of duty and removed 2 old satellite dishes from my roof! Very happy. Regards Woody
