Sunstak installed a new 10kW system with Powerwall 3, and a hot water heat pump for me.
Sunstak was a pleasure to deal with from initial contact to site visit and quotes, scheduling and installation. They were friendly and efficient at each stage and followed up to make sure I was happy with progress and the work done.
I obtained quotes from a couple of other companies. Not only was Sunstak the best, one of the others said I’d have to wait 6 months for the Powerwall 3, but I already have it, and I am now enjoying the end result.

The follow up visit with Michael was informative about install and clarified some questions we had regarding our site. Install team arrived promptly and completed instal with minimal disruption, system was active by the time they left and site was left clean and tidy. The system that he designed was exactly what we wanted and for a very competitive price. The installation was a breeze, the team were very careful, professional and did a great job. Not even 1 cracked tile! The only issue that we had was a buzzing noise from the monitoring device. Sage and the team jumped onto the problem and quickly fixed the issue. We’ve just had solar panels, a heat pump water heater and EV charger installed by Sunstak. Of the three quotes we got they were the best mix of competitive and suitable specs, and we’re glad we went with them. Our sales contact Sage was knowledgeable and patient in working with us to make sure we ended up with a configuration that was right for us, and the installation went smoothly. There were a few tricky aspects to the install as it turned out a crane was needed to remove our old solar water heater from the second-storey roof, but that was handled efficiently and carefully. James the lead electrician was helpful in consulting us on installation choices along the way and talking us through the system monitoring apps. The after-sales support is appreciated too.

The entire team where very helpful with arranging the ACT Brighte Loan and very flexible with scheduling the installation around the other home improvement projects i am currently doing. The install teams where all very professional and polite.
The Team is always quick to respond to any questions and I have full confidence that if any of the products they installed do have any issues, they will be quick to assess, repair or replace.
