Arrived early and I had ladder ready for him to check PV array. He very quickly knew the make of isolators used and his experience led him to check voltages and within 10min had solved the problem. He communicated well and answered my questions. Photos were clear and showed his thought process in solving the issue. We just moved into a new home and discovered that the existing Solar System no longer worked. We did some research and realised it was a relay problem in the inverter. I called Nicole at The Solar Repair Man and she confirmed that the 2011 systems time was up and repairs would not be worth it in the long run. She recommended an affordable inverter with a 10 year warranty. Sheldon came out the next morning installed it and checked the solar panels ensuring that a broken one was disconnected. He was a wealth of information ! This was great as we are new to having a solar system! I can’t thank Nicole and Sheldon enough for the ease of service and repair. I highly recommend The Solar Repair Man.

I just had my solar battery snd panels inspected by Chris from the solar repair man. The inspection carried out was very comprehensive and the report provided was very detailed with an array of photos showing the condition of my system. The price quoted was reasonable for the work carried out. I would highly recommend this company if your solar system needs servicing or repairs. Great old-fashioned customer service (from the manager and office staff through to the technician on the day), a pleasure to deal with, honest, know their stuff and do the job efficiently and without fuss, no gouging. How often do you find that these days? I found them after 3 other technicians had tried and failed to fix my solar. These guys did it in 20 minutes. Super grateful.

Fabulous customer service and a very prompt response to our problem. The wonderful young man was on time and explained everything clearly. Fast service and response still waiting for other companies to answer but most important they know what they are doing after spending so much time ringing around to get someone to come sending photos u name it Nicole receptionist made my issue go away instantly better than that the price was so good came on time quick as, all fixed I will keep this number for any other issues one very happy client hugs to the solar repair company thank you
