Arrived early and I had ladder ready for him to check PV array. He very quickly knew the make of isolators used and his experience led him to check voltages and within 10min had solved the problem. He communicated well and answered my questions. Photos were clear and showed his thought process in solving the issue. We just moved into a new home and discovered that the existing Solar System no longer worked. We did some research and realised it was a relay problem in the inverter. I called Nicole at The Solar Repair Man and she confirmed that the 2011 systems time was up and repairs would not be worth it in the long run. She recommended an affordable inverter with a 10 year warranty. Sheldon came out the next morning installed it and checked the solar panels ensuring that a broken one was disconnected. He was a wealth of information ! This was great as we are new to having a solar system! I can’t thank Nicole and Sheldon enough for the ease of service and repair. I highly recommend The Solar Repair Man.

Not the expected experience! The solar repair man arrived exactly on time. The work was excellent and everything went smoothly. My solar system worked perfectly after he finished. The guy was lovely, understood the task and was careful on the tiles. 6 stars!
