Nishant Joshi from Top Value Solar was professional, friendly and easy to deal with. He provided me with the best value quote and provided a great solution in the form of a 13.2KW system with JA Panels and Sungrow inverter. The installation was completed by his competent team and they were friendly and prompt. After the installation it was identified that there was an issue with the existing meter, and a smart meter was required to be installed by Energex to ensure the system was working properly. Nish provided excellent customer service and support during this time post installation and answered all my questions and responded to my concerns. Once the new meter was installed by others, he also liaised with Sungrow directly for me to ensure that the inverter software was updated to reflect the new meter and the system was running correctly. I couldn’t be happier with the install and the way the system is now operating. Top Value Solar are a great company, family owned and deliver on the promise. If you are considering a new solar system, I highly recommend them based on their pricing, service and ongoing support.

If there was a negative I would use it. Turns out after 5 years was connected illegally and burnt my wires and now issue has been logged and I can’t even use my solar atm.
My first negative comment was removed as the company doesn’t want you to know they also damaged my property and didn’t own up to it!! DON’T CHASE THE CHEAPEST PRICE USE LOCAL GUYS INSTEAD!!!

This was the second house we’ve used Top Value Solar for a solar system install. Their customer service is second to none and their products are top quality. They could not have been more attentive and helpful when selecting the system to best meet our needs and went out of their way to ensure that we understood the pros & conditions of different options. Unlike other companies they didn’t try to upsell and gave good advice about whether to invest in a battery. Since the install Nish has been super helpful in explaining next steps to get the solar feed in process underway. We will go back of we need a battery down the track or if we move to another house in need of solar.

I got strong recommendations from one of my friend about this company, and turns out my friend is very trustable. The sales person Nishant is very nice and professional. He explained the details and gave me good suggestions on the panels and inverters that suit my place. The installation was very good as well, got a problem from my side on accessing my meter box but those guys are very patient with me and finally everything is sorted. Can’t wait to see my first bill with solar installed!
