Solar Inverter Anomalies, Not your usual type of Service Call. But with the 3G to 4G change Over of Mobile Phones & Routers now just happening and at the same time as a FRONIUS Inverter Software Update occurring i was caught by being Locked out of computer access to the Inverter’s Datamanager in preparation for the Change of Equipment. That Is my Original Passwords were not being accepted by the Fronius Inverter but the problem was resolved with the Assistance of Twin Lakes Solar staff who coordinated with Fronius Help desk to re apply password access. I was then able to use Fronius Software to alter the access to my router on WiFi. Thank You!! to Twin Lakes Solar for the assistance which was arranged and supplied very promptly even with all their other commitments.

Recently had a new air-condtioner supplied and fitted to my home by Twin Lakes. The two tradesmen who carried out the installation arrived on time and carried out the work both quickly and professionally making sure any mess was cleaned and vacuumed. They then gave me an overview on how to use the system. Would recommend your company to anyone who is considering purchasing an air-conitioner.

Matt and Jai conducted annual maintenance on our three air conditioners yesterday. They were on time and ran the whole process very professionally and efficiently. Regular (annual) maintenance meant no problems expected and none detected. Matt was extremely helpful with sound advice. Highly recommended!

We are very happy with our recent air conditioning install. From quoting through installation and after completion, the communication was excellent. Bryan provided the most comprehensive of all the quotes we received and in stark contrast to his competitors, he answered all of my queries promptly and professionally.
Ours was a replacement of old equipment with three new Mitsubishi Electric systems. There was considerable challenge getting the ducted fan coil unit into the small roof space, but the guys persevered and with some ingenuity, successfully got it in place. We had a large crew on site of up to 9 guys led by Todd. They were all easy to work with and happy to discuss and inform us on progress and they did a great job. As for the units themselves, they look great, work well and we’re very impressed with how quiet both the indoor and outdoor units are.
We would have no hesitation recommending Twin Lakes Air + Solar to anybody looking for professional and courteous air conditioning supply and services.
