Great to deal with these guys. They had a whopping job of coordinating and installing over 80 LED and removal of old Fluro’s. The installer team were flexible and easy to work with and the team at Unified energy services were always there to ensure there was little or no interruption to our busy mattress factory. I obtained a number of quotes for solar from a number of companies, out of 5 quotes Unified were the second most expensive even though they quoted for the same products as company that was $2000 cheaper than them. Unified made a follow up phone call and all the pleasant person I was speaking to to begin with turned into rude and abrupt when I informed them we were going with another company that offered us a different system. After experiencing that phone call I was grateful that we went down another path. They are getting this rating for their initial customer service and turn around time for the quote.

Worst service, worst people to deal with. They take deposit and than don’t respond. They don’t have electricians to install solar. They lie over the phone. Would not recommend unified energy.

Worst company. Full with liars working there. My rebate has been approved from last 3 weeks and every time they make excuses that their installer is not available. they have same lies every time I call them. I do not recommend them. Don’t fall for their positive feedback they probably have bought those 5 star feedbacks.

We had the solar system installed about less than 2yrs ago when the inverter broke down. The company was quick to determine a replacement under warranty but all the disappointment surfaced when the company tried to organise subcontractors to come out to replace the inverter. The new inverter arrived and contractors were scheduled to come out and install, the day came and went but it was a no show. We had re arranged our day to ensure that we were home and ready for them but no showed up and we didn’t hear from unified energy. We chased up and were promised another day, that day came and went with a no show. After 3 schedules and no shows, the 4th was successful and new machine was installed. The old machine was left behind for another contractor to pick up another day. It was finally organised for someone to pick up the old machine, I was asked to be available on the day between 9-5 so I had once again re arranged my day only for another no show and no notice from the company. Total disrespect for their customers’ time, I will never refer anyone to this company.
