We recently had an error problem with the inverters. A quick call to their 1300 number and the problem was quickly identified.
The issue lies with United Energy, which by the way have been very responsive and helpful.
I am usually reluctant to provide glowing reviews, however I am happy to provide one for VSL. Their customer service is exemplary. Definitely customer service orientated and a solid company.
