I was lucky enough to win the winter warmers give away recently with Watters and selected the split system prize! I am so happy with the service I received. Beau and Wayne went above and beyond to make sure what I was choosing would work for the space we had. On install, the boys took extra time and effort to install the external part of the split system to ensure it looked okay from the outside of the house. I won’t hesitate to get the boys back in the future!

I have been dealing with Meg, Blake and the team here for over 6 mths. They are always willing to go the extra yard , if you are looking for solar and / or a Home battery system in the area make sure you give them a call.

Cameras installed were a great investment but ever since they were installed I now have a leaking roof which i have mentioned twice and yet no one has rang or attended to fix the leak. Investigated where leak could be and found dodgy silicone job on roof iron and around rubber sock.

Our solar panel installation was carried out in a very timely, professional and efficient manner. The installation team were very neat and tidy and all very likeable skilled fellows. The Electrical Inspector spoke very highly of all Watter’s installations saying we will have no problems with this system.

After having a 6.6KW solar system installed on my home by Watter’s Electrical, I was extremely impressed with the workmanship and the quality of the installation. The service and communication from start to finish was fantastic, and the timeliness of the install was great. The response I received after raising a small concern that required attention was nothing short of excellent. Blake and the team sent the installer out immediately to rectify the issue, following up shortly after to ensure everything was sorted. I couldn’t recommend them higher, and I was extremely impressed with the customer service and response from Blake to ensure I was happy.
