Snap Solar have been amazing; we contacted Snap Solar after having a very bad experience with another Solar company. From the moment Jordan walked through my door he made me feel like I was already a customer, and he was going to try his best to help us out of a very difficult position. He was very professional and explained everything that we needed to know.
After contacting Amanda Harper who was very professional and helpful we decided to accept their help in rectifying our Solar System.
Our new Solar System has now been installed, and we could not be happier we cannot thank you enough. We just wish we had contacted Snap Solar before handing over a lot of money to a dodgy Solar company who did not deliver what they promised.
We no longer have to walk around in the dark and be watching what appliances we are using around the house.
I now feel safe in my home.
You guys are amazing, i will definitely recommend Snap Solar to anyone who is interested in having a Solar System installed.

As for the installation they were very fast and neat and answered any questions I had
It has already surpassed my expectations and delivers more power than they stated it would

James came to my house and gave a very competitive quote. I had 2 other companies quoting as well and snap were the best price. James also took the time and saw that we didn’t have the correct gauge of wire running to the house and also noted that we needed to run a comms wire. With the inclusion of the comms wire and upgrade snap were still slightly cheaper than the other quotes. The work was done well and on time. Having the initial quote take into account the comms and correct gauge of wire meant there were no surprises on install. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated and made for a smooth install.

After a lot of broken promises by cheaper providers we made contact with Snap. Jesse saw us on the Monday and explained everything expertly and although SNAP was not the cheapest quote we decided to run with them installing 30 Panels or a 13.2kw system. We explained the urgency of the install and 8 days after signing the contract Brock and his install team arrived. 5 hours later our system was installed and we were generating our own electricity.

I had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service has been outstanding since day 1, 8 months ago. Their product has been faultless and perfect for my situation. “I was so pleased with the service I received today from Jackson and Georgia. I changed my internet settings and Jackson was able to provide step by step instructions over the phone on how to reconnect my inverter back to Wifi so I could continue to monitor my electricity usage. Jackson was patient with every operator error I encountered. Hands down would recommend Snap Solar.
